Free Printable Pumping Log

A session-based log to track every pump by hand. Print it, keep it by your pump, and total your day.

How to use it

Print the sheet and keep it wherever you pump. Log each session as you go: the time, the minutes, and how much you got from each side. Total the day at the bottom. One sheet covers a full day, so print a fresh one each morning.

Tired of paper math?

PumpStash keeps this log for you: tap in each session, and the app tallies your totals, tracks every frozen bag, and projects your days of cover, with no columns to add up at 3 a.m.

Printable pumping log FAQ

How do I use a pumping log?

Keep the printed sheet by your pump. Each session, write the time, how many minutes you pumped, and how much came from the left and right side, then add them for the session total. Each night, add up the Daily Total row to see your 24-hour output.

What should I track in a pumping log?

The essentials are time, duration, and volume per side. Time and duration show your pattern; per-side volume flags any imbalance. The daily total is the number for building a stash and planning time away from your baby. Once you know your daily output, the stash calculator shows how long your freezer stash will last.

Is there an app that tracks pumping for me?

Yes. PumpStash logs each session and every frozen bag, tallies your totals, and projects how many days of feeds your stash covers, without the paper math. Learn more on the milk stash page.
